What is Buddy?

Buddy is the AI co-worker that leads HostBuddy's four agents — Front Office, Self-Running Marketing, Sales and Insights. This one-minute clip shows them working together on a single guest.

Priya calls to book a table. The Phone AI answers live, books 7:30 patio-side — and recognizes her as a returning guest. From there the Sales agent takes over: she joins the summer member drop, a $20/quarter membership with weekly member drops and priority booking. Buddy keeps the promise on screen: 4× back in perks — $20 paid, $80 delivered.

Phone answered, guest remembered, membership sold, value tracked — no staff time on any of it. That's what "one Buddy, four agents" means in practice.
