Use Google sign-in at the HostBuddy console — no forms, no password.

Tell Buddy your area code

In the console chat, just type your preferred area code — e.g. 408. Buddy quotes the $1/month price and gives you a secure payment link.

Pick your number

After payment, Buddy shows available numbers in your area code. Say “the first one” or type the number you like.

Your number goes through a quick activation review (this verifies your business with the phone network) and you get an email the moment your Phone AI is answering. Customize the greeting anytime in Settings → Phone AI.
