What can my agents do?

Can they run personalized offers?
Yes — one sentence ("10% off this weekend, feature the ribeye") becomes a designed campaign to your guest book, and the offer is enforced at checkout during the window whether or not the guest opened the email. Offers can target everyone or members only. Insight Playbooks go further: they read your live data and draft win-back, birthday, and excess-inventory campaigns for you — nothing sends until you hit Send.
What are value packs?
One-time prepaid credit: a guest pays $50 and receives $60 of store credit that auto-drains at checkout before their card. Cash up front and a built-in reason to come back. Amounts are yours to set.
Can I sell subscriptions?
Yes — VIP memberships: a recurring monthly program with benefits on every visit (a free item, a percent discount, an intro credit). Predictable monthly revenue from your regulars, and you can pause it anytime — existing members keep their benefits until their subscriptions end.
Do they answer my phone?
The Phone AI answers every call on a dedicated line — takes orders, answers questions, upsells, even during rush hours. If a caller hangs up mid-order, the saved cart is texted to them as a checkout link automatically. The line is $1/month and goes live the same day.
Does it work with my POS?
Sign in with Clover and the full catalog imports automatically; completed orders push to the register, and menu changes re-sync from Settings. Linking the POS also builds your guest book from customer history — no typing. Square, Toast, Shopify and Stripe connections work the same way.
How do I grow my guest list?
Guests text your RAFFLE keyword to the store line and the agent captures name + email into the guest book. Add CSV import and automatic POS sync, and every entrant becomes a campaign recipient — audience × conversion × average ticket is the whole revenue math.
What does it cost to try?
